These showcases take place in the rooms that are used for various workshops and seminars during the day. Therefore, they come with theatre style seating in each room. Private showcases start at the conclusion of the TriCentric showcases. Rooms rent for $200 plus $50 for sound system and engineer. Conference rooms A, B & C (TriCentric showcase rooms) come with sound system and engineer. If you wish to rent any of these 3 rooms you must rent the sound system as well. After the TriCentric showcases, audience tends to move away from this area towards the guerilla showcase sleeping rooms. If you rent one of these rooms, it is your responsibility to keep the people there at the conclusion of the TriCentrics. Other rooms available for rent are scattered throughout the hotel complex and include the Tower Card Room, The Deep End Lounge, The Executive Room, Fireplace Lounge and the Rec Hall. This form covers ONLY the PRIVATE showcase Application. There are separate forms for the Formal, TriCentric and Guerilla Showcases. There is also a separate form for Conference Registration, Tabletop Exhibitor, Folk Alliance Membership and Hotel Reservations.
