Executive Director, Northeast Regional Folk Alliance

Ethan Scott Baird is a managing partner of Tribal Mischief, a specialist in virtual collaboration, and a member of the band Pesky J. Nixon.  As a member of Pesky J. Nixon Ethan has appeared on the stages of the Philadelphia Folk Festival, Connecticut Folk Festival, the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival, and a Formal Showcase Artist at NERFA.  As an IT professional he has built internal collaboration sites for over 100 government programs and maintained over 650 Collaborative Spaces and Theaters across 12 countries. As a managing partner of Tribal Mischief Ethan has worked with multimedia, PR, and presenting communities from Washington D.C. through the Maritimes.  It is his honor to serve as NERFA’s executive director moving the organization into a year-round resource for all music professionals.

Jess “Razzi” Wrubel

Jess “Razzi” Wrubel has been with the organization for over 10 years. She was previously a member of the Board of Directors for 3 terms and served as Secretary. Jess is currently enrolled at St. Edwards University and is a candidate for their Master of Science in Digital Marketing and Analytics (MSDMA) program. Jess has owned her own entertainment company Razzi Entertainment since 2006. She specializes in social media marketing, website design, photography, customizing press kits for artists, graphic design and much much more.
