Exhibit Hall

 

The exhibit hall is located on the main level of the hotel off of the center atrium and next to conference registration, which is a great location and opportunity to reach conference attendees. For a table in the exhibit hall, please fill out the following form. The exhibit hall coordinator will be in touch with you about any particular needs, as well as any pertinent information you will need leading up to the conference.   • Please list the exact name you expect to see appear in the program for this table.
  • Representative for this organization/company/artist.
  • Note: This must match the Attendee Email on your Conference Registration
  • Any requests, including proximity to related tables, any need for electricity (first come first served, no extra charge), etc.
  • What will people see visually at your table? If you have anything that "stands up" such as a floor or table display/banner, please let us know to inform placement of tables in the room, ensuring enough space for everyone.
