biography

Bill Robertson is a non-profit specialist, fundraiser, musician, and catalyst. He attended The Hill School and Duke University, spending the first decade of his professional career in customer service, sales, and media management, all of which led to a career in non-profit fundraising. He then spent twelve years running best-in-class annual giving and alumni relations programs for two prestigious American boarding schools (Woodberry Forest School & The Hill School). In those roles, he helped shape global networks by cultivating some of each school’s most important relationships, while managing thousands of volunteers and running hundreds of events across the world.

Bill is responsible for managing Weathervane’s relationships with partners, sponsors, producers, members, and others interested in helping build and sustain our community. He loves connecting people and helping to find resources to make creative projects come to life. He invests significant time as a board member of The S.T.R.I.V.E. Initiative, facilitating community connections to help improve wellness for citizens of the Borough of Pottstown, Pa where he lives with his wife and two children.
